Do you have a favorite class?   

Now that it is the end of the first semester, The Westlake Observer decided to do a quick survey to find out what students are thinking about their classes.

We had 74 students take our survey, across all three grade levels.  

• 28.4% of students taking the survey are 6th graders.
• 28.4% of students taking the survey are 8th graders.
• 43.2% of the students who took the survey are in 7th grade

This means our survey results show more opinions from students in 7th grade.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CORE CLASS?

#1 Science

37.8% of the students surveyed said Science is their favorite.

#2 – Math

25.7% of the students surveyed said Math is their favorite subject.

#3 – Social Studies

24.3% of the students surveyed prefer Social Studies.

#4 Language Arts

12.2% of the students surveyed chose Language Arts as their #1.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ELECTIVES CLASS?

In terms of Elective classes, there were so many options named by students, it was hard to find a trend.
